General DescriptionEES is a 25-item scale with three factor analytically derived subscales: anger, anxiety and depression. Participants rate the extent to which certain feelings lead to the urge to eat using a 5-point scale ranging from “no desire to eat” to “an overwhelming urge to eat.”
