General DescriptionThe IES-2 includes 23 items that assess 4 dimensions of intuitive eating: Eating for physical rather than emotional reasons; Unconditional permission to eat; Reliance on hunger and satiety cues; Body-food choice congruence. Participants are asked to rate each item using a 5-point scale (ranging from strongly disagree -1- to strongly agree -5).
